Both Keith and George are friendly, professional and not pushy/salesman like in the slightest. George could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. They know their market, offer very competitive commission rates and provide a brilliant service - if I had to ever use an Estate Agent in this area again, I would 100% use Alexander Keen.

27th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Initially the house was up for too much as we had no viewings. Once the price was reduced we had more viewings plus one SSTC. I didn’t feel Hamwics were quick to advise of changes.

19th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts

6th Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)Complete waste of time and money. Zero communication fake viewings recorded on my account. Staff I originally dealt with all quit and i was left without a sales person. Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints

Everything has gone smoothly and I was kept up to date frequently with the steps happening and what I needed to do next. As a first time buyer this was essential because I had no idea what to do! But they made it so easy for me. Thank you to Sue and Laura who were helping with my purchase, I would 100% use this solicitors again.
