This is the most professional, helpful and friendly estate agent that I have ever dealt with and I thank them (especially Hayden!) for all their help, patience and expertise with the valuation and preparation for sale of my property. I recommend their services fully to others and would contact them first again before any others.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.
19th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I am having worst experience and nightmare with this agent … they have no interest in selling property or dealing with customers ….. they just say nice things before the contract is signed and then no service ….. i am struck with this agent and now they are not allowing me to cancel the contract … I will be going to The Property Ombudsman and complain soon.

I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

It seemed like they couldn't really be bothered.- 16th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I've recently done a mortgage with Henry at Morris Dibben and it's been such a smooth sailing process. He's answered every question I've had, explained everything in detail and has kept me updated the whole way through. Everyone in the office has been very welcoming and polite too - I would definitely recommend.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

18th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)It’s been a while since moving house and Estate Agents have seemed to introduce a new employee to chase and keep on top of the chain. Lucie Appleton was looking after us and gave us a weekly update of how the move was progressing and what the blockages were. She was very helpful and gave us a very good service and was clear in her communication. She definitely made the process easier and made me feel that all was being done to get this over the line. Thank you Lucie 5 stars !

Keano was very open and honest with us and accommodated extra viewings that were convenient for us. He was communicative throughout and ensured we knew what was going on.<br>Catherine chased solicitors and got us more answers than we were getting and we were extremely grateful for her support from having our offer accepted until completion day. Thank you all at Romans for being good honest people, we couldn’t recommend you enough! You hear horror stories about estate agents but we have had the opposite experience with Romans.

From our very first viewing through to sale to STC, Jorgia was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Buying a house can be stressful, but she made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. She kept us fully informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions we had, and went above and beyond to keep everything progressing. What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. We never felt like “just another sale” — she took the time to understand our situation and ensured everything was handled efficiently and with transparency. Thanks to Jorgia’s hard work and dedication, we’re now settled into a home we absolutely love. 8th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)Had a viewing with someone from this company was really interested in the property asked to put a deposit down. We then got told we had to wait as lanlord had put it up for rent on another site. Waited for a reply for weeks in the end tried to see if we could get a reply or a call back but we got nothing. We replied on the website for property and still didn't hear anything back. Now its had a let agreed and still no reply. Absolutely devastated and annoyed would have been nice for a quick message to say sorry its not available.

30th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We highly recommend Marco Harris. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, prompt, and the WhatsApp group was a bonus. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!

For what ended in being quite a lengthy process due to factors outside of our control Luci was the driving force where others failed. I cannot recommend Luci highly enough if anyone is seeking an agent…look no further than Luci. It has been an absolute pleasure and all thanks to Luci ??????

My viewings with Harry were great he had answers for all my queries surrounding the property and the area . Once my offer was accepted I had the pleasure of working with Audery up to completion. Audery was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond helping me get surveys etc organised. There wasn’t a stage in the process where I felt like I didn’t know what was happening as Audery kept me informed on every little detail. I know many people say how stressful buying a property can be but having bought through Rowe and co I found the process to be smooth and stress free ! And I couldn’t not have done it without Audrey’s help

Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!
