26th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid. If you wish to purchase, the agency is at the service of the seller, never the buyer. All financial shenanigans are permitted to satisfy the seller. They rent out flats with photos that are 10 years old! The rentals are in terrible condition, with high rents and minimal maintenance. The deposit is often reduced, allowing the landlord to make an additional profit. Update: Sadly, I was a customer. Update: I have recovered my deposit, which you were wrongly holding back, via myDeposits.

Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. 9th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)From start to finish we were supported and helps with the whole process! Anna was absolutely amazing at the start trying to answer all my questions (and I had lots). She was always an email away with super speedy and helpful responses! Isaac was amazing with our mortgage advice again helping with all our questions and getting back to us so quickly and dealing with my meltdowns in such a respectful and helpful manor! Karl was great showing us around the house and giving us advice when we needed it. The whole teams works so hard and I could not recommend them enough. Each person had such a positive impact on the whole process. No question was ever too silly or to small to them and nothing was to much to ask for! I am so grateful to everyone involved at Fox and sons on our property journey! Thank you all so so much!
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

There is no doubt in our minds that we have ended up with a home we love thanks to their professional care. I strongly recommend using Pearsons- they will go above and beyond for you.
28th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.

When viewing there was no pressure selling, no rushing, and answered all our questions fully and honestly. There were a few bits that needed doing, some done before we moved in and the rest whilst tenants, very happy with the results. When completing all relevant checks and paperwork this was as seamless as could be. Really good at communicating throughout. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend Clear Residential Lettings.

24th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property.<br><br>Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication.<br><br>There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.<br><br>Overall, the communication has felt inconsistent and unhelpful at a time when clear updates and proactive management are really needed.

20th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.
