From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. They were extremely accommodating when arranging viewings and went the extra mile to make things easier for us during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend and use them in the future. 20th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. The real challenge is keeping things running smoothly thereafter and with a large chain, that is challenging… the staff at Rowe & Co were fantastic. They were also super proficient in steering towards a successful completion- in particular Audrey who was amazing - she went over and above, holding our chain together and keeping that all important link between agents and solicitors! Would thoroughly recommend!

He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.
