He showed an interest as I showed him around and had some very helpful advice for me. They keep you well up to date and it is never too much trouble for them if you call. They are an impressive team.

15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)There was a few days delay getting the property on the market but this was because they were very busy. We accepted an offer just four weeks after it appeared on Rightmove so if this goes through to completion we won't have anything to complain about !

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
