They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. I was a novice to the house selling business but they took me through it very patiently and professionally. Their house valuation and assessment of the housing market was spot on.
1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
