Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Their deep knowledge of the market and strong attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, we achieved a fantastic outcome for all parties involved, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 19th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have never received such excellent care by a property management company. They are responsive, friendly and extremely helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking either to rent or to have their rental property managed.
5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.<br><br>My experience with Coopers of London, particularly dealing with Mr. William Delaney and Anne Hughes, was appalling. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before renting a property managed by this agency.<br><br>We experienced serious disrepair involving leaks, water damage, pest concerns, and months of disruptive construction work. Despite documenting the problems extensively with photographs, videos, and emails, communication was repeatedly confrontational and dismissive rather than constructive or professional.<br><br>We endured more than three months of building works while continuing to pay full rent, even though parts of the property — including the bathroom — were unusable. Their proposed solution? We were told to use the bathroom at a nearby gym. Workers also stole and damaged personal belongings when we were not in the property and despite raising these concerns agency deliberately chose to enter the property without our authorization.<br><br>The handling of access to the property was equally concerning. There were repeated attempts to arrange or obtain access without what I considered proper consent or reasonable coordination, causing significant stress and disruption.<br><br>One incident during COVID was particularly shocking. As an asthmatic tenant concerned about unnecessary exposure, I asked that property viewings take place while we were present and provided several alternative time slots. Rather than treating those concerns respectfully, William Delaney described my medical concerns in writing as “spurious” and proceeded with a viewing despite our objection.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, I felt there was an extraordinary lack of accountability, empathy, and basic professionalism. Instead of feeling that serious problems with our home were being addressed, we repeatedly found ourselves having to document issues, chase responses, and defend perfectly reasonable concerns.<br><br>This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency.<br><br>I cannot recommend Coopers of London under any circumstances. If you value respectful communication, proper handling of maintenance problems, and a professional relationship with the people managing your home, my advice is simple: RUN AWAY and find another agency.

29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

From the initial meeting when he put my mind at ease, to the amazing pictures from the online listing that showcased every beautiful aspect of the property, everything was smooth and, even if it took a bit longer than expected, Martin was right in the end and we found the perfect buyer together. Communication throughout the entire process was always timely and on point, professional and reliable, so I would highly recommend Martin!

Matthew really took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us properties that were genuinely well-matched to our needs. When our survey turned up some minor issues, he handled the price renegotiation efficiently and got us a fair outcome.<br><br>Wendy was excellent on sales progression — the seller was chain-free and wanted to move fast, and with both sides travelling over the summer holidays, timing could easily have gone wrong. She kept everything moving regardless, and we exchanged and completed in under six weeks.<br><br>Highly recommend Matthew, Wendy, and the team at Gibson Lane - Ham.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.
17th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Our initial conversations with Chris were very positive. However, once the price was agreed and we decided to proceed, our experience changed considerably. We were passed over to Andy, who recommended his solicitor to the seller, which in our experience contributed to the process being delayed by several weeks. We then faced further uncertainty regarding the shape and extent of the land, including being informed that what we were purchasing appeared to differ from the Land Registry documents. Naturally, this led to further questions and discussions from our side. Unfortunately, during one of these conversations, Andy became extremely rude and made comments that I would not wish any buyer to hear. Purchasing a home is already an emotional and stressful process, and I would expect an estate agent to understand that and communicate with buyers professionally and respectfully, particularly when there are genuine concerns about what is actually being purchased. The only reason we continued with the purchase was because we had built a very good relationship directly with the seller. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this estate agent unless you have very limited alternatives.
