I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, my experience with Hamptons was extremely disappointing. I appointed them three times over the past four years — twice to sell my property and once to let it — and on all three occasions they failed to find a suitable buyer or tenant.<br><br>When I appointed them to let my property, one of their staff members attended a viewing with a prospective tenant. The gentleman did not appear to be working and was asking for a discount on the rent. After locking up the flat, I noticed the prospective tenant and the Hamptons staff member whispering in the hallway and then becoming silent as I approached. I found the situation quite unsettling and it gave me very little confidence about renting my property to this individual.<br><br>More recently, I instructed Hamptons to sell the property again before ultimately deciding to move to another agent. I was disappointed that their junior staff carried out viewings without informing me of the prospective buyer's name beforehand. On one occasion, I discovered through my own investigation that a woman who had already viewed my property twice through Savills was now attempting to view it for a second time through Hamptons. She had not disclosed to Hamptons that she had already viewed the property, and she was not in a position to purchase as her own property was not even on the market. She subsequently visited the property several times, which I felt was an unnecessary waste of everyone's time. Providing me with the prospective buyer's name in advance could potentially have avoided this situation.<br><br>Hamptons eventually found a buyer, but the offer was below the amount I had originally paid for the property. I felt that this was another waste of time, particularly as I was encouraged to consider accepting the offer. Fortunately, I declined.<br><br>The final communication from the director was particularly disappointing. I was told that Hamptons were the only people who could sell my flat and that I was making a mistake by leaving them. This was after three months of marketing, during which there had been very few viewings and no credible offers.<br><br>Needless to say, I decided to change agents. Within just one week of going back onto the market with another estate agent, I received a strong offer — and ultimately achieved the best possible price, reflecting what my property was genuinely worth.<br><br>This experience has made me very sceptical of high-street estate agents. My advice would be to do your research carefully and choose an agent who is transparent, realistic, communicative and genuinely focused on achieving the right result for you.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Neha Khanna were extremely helpful in finding me a furnished apartment to rent in the short term. Neha showed me the property via video call and handled the entire process, including the agreement, payment and communication with the landlord, in just three to four days, ensuring that we had somewhere to stay when we arrived.<br><br>She is an exceptional professional who didn't just act like a salaried employee, but rather like a dedicated homeowner fully committed to securing the rental. She managed the entire process with speed and reliability. My sincere thanks go to her once again.

He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. 24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)PSA for prospective buyers: based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone purchasing a new-build or renovated property through Nicholls Residential to carry out thorough due diligence on the developer involved.<br><br>I purchased a property marketed through Nicholls and developed by N. Khan / Goldstar Real Estate. A professional snagging inspection later identified a substantial number of defects, and I have since experienced prolonged difficulty getting agreed remedial works completed.<br><br>While the developer is ultimately responsible for the build quality and remedial works, Nicholls have been copied into my email correspondence from the outset, so they are aware of the ongoing issues. I am also happy to provide evidence of the communication history and attempts made to resolve matters if required.<br><br>For me, an estate agent's willingness to market properties for a particular developer is relevant information when deciding whether to purchase through them, particularly where the agent has subsequently been made aware of significant post-completion concerns.<br><br>My advice to prospective buyers would be to commission an independent snagging/building inspection, research the developer carefully, get all remedial promises in writing, and check the warranty and after-sales arrangements before committing.
