They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. 6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
