13th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve recently moved out after being a tenant with Ashcroft & Guest for 6 years, and I honestly can’t thank Tracy and the whole team enough for all their help over the years. They have always been so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. Tracy in particular has been amazing throughout — professional, kind and always quick to help with any issues or questions. It’s actually quite sad saying goodbye after so long! I would 100% recommend Ashcroft & Guest to anyone looking to rent through an estate agents that really cares about their tenants. Thank you all again for everything ??????

Given the fact that I no longer live in the area, I was very grateful for the support I received. 19th Dec 2025 (5 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.
