No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses
15th May 2026 (29 days ago)The team at Slater Hogg in Largs were absolutely exceptional from start to finish - i can't recommend them highly enough. We saw a number of estate agents before selling our flat and it was a no-brainer to go with the Slater Hogg team who stood out from the start, with such a positive can-do attitude, and friendliness. They were clear and informative on costs, timeframes, and processes. Judith, Gill, Tracey, Lisa, Stephen and the team were highly efficient throughout the whole process and communication from them was outstanding. They kept me up to date, responded quickly to queries, and took time and care to talk through viewings on the flat and next steps with absolute clarity. The process of selling a property is always a stressful one and the team made the whole thing seamless, efficient and much less stressful, as i knew i was in safe hands with them. Utterly outstanding service!
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were put in touch with Andrew at Slater Hogg & Howison Kilmarnock for our mortgage when moving home and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Andrew made the whole experience very easy and was happy to answer any questions throughout to put our mind at ease. His communication was outstanding and he really explained everything in great detail to ensure we fully understood everything! 6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

It has taken a good few months to get an entry date and any time I text Michael he was always so helpful and polite. He would always answer my texts ( I’m sure they were annoying him ) in a polite friendly manner .He is a true gentleman and I’m very happy that we had the pleasure of doing business with him.
