We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.

31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Myself and my partner made a (very reasonable!) offer on a property, it took 4 days for us to receive an answer after multiple calls and emails from us chasing up. Very frustrating being left in limbo for almost a week! Seems like communication is a real issue...

While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.
