They did a fantastic job selling my house and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Diane Kerr, who was always there to deal with everything and kept me informed throughout the whole process. 11th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.<br><br>I had a viewing booked for today at 4:40 PM. I arrived around 4:30 PM and waited outside for approximately 30 minutes, but nobody showed up.<br><br>I then went to the office to find out what was going on. The staff there called the person who was apparently supposed to be handling the viewing, only to be told that there was no viewing booked for me today.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already spoken to them about this viewing beforehand, and I also received a call from them this morning confirming that my viewing was at 4:40 PM today.<br><br>So I travelled there, waited outside for half an hour, and then had to go to their office myself just to be told that apparently there was no appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating.<br><br>If you can’t manage your own viewing appointments or communicate properly with customers, at least have the professionalism to let people know rather than making them travel and stand outside waiting for someone who isn’t coming.<br><br>Very poor communication, organisation and customer service. I would seriously think twice before dealing with this company.

Just over a week later I accepted an offer, so I am extremely happy with how quick the process was. I have been kept in the loop the whole way by Emma and the team. Thanks again!
8th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I recently sold a property in stenhousemuir with Les Baird at Gillespie property Les was great from start to finish keeping me informed throughout the hole process giving me advice and helping me out with finding a solicitor and he managed to sell the property after only being on the market for one day

10th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I found Clyde Property disappointing overall. They were not particularly proactive, communication was poor at times, and the service felt quite old-fashioned and outdated compared with what I would expect from a modern property company. The weekend staff in particular could also benefit from some training in basic customer service.

As I don't live in the area, I rely heavily on their ability to resolve any issues that arise, and I've been very pleased with how they have done so.
