3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works
8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

I have mainly spoken with Kai, who has always been very prompt to respond (when not available, the rest of the team have stepped in to make the process seamless) and is always willing to help. When viewing properties, he was informative but allowed for looking without being overbearing. Overall very happy with the service!

I didn’t feel as if I was dealing with strangers it was like telling a friend what I was looking for in my next home and they listened understood and the first property I was shown was the one for us … it just goes to show that the agents know exactly what a buyer wants and keep their needs in mind when short listing properties for you …. We have zero hiccups dealing with the agency the lovely Fran is such a great agent who is as excited as you are about the property she finalises then not to forget Lauren and Natasha who have been amazing when I couldn’t find Fran and was freaking out lolll … if you are a first time buyer I would definitely recommend them the best interest when helping you find your forever home ….- 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We used Cubbit & West for the sale of our home. My move was complicated but the team were able to provide creative solutions to help the transition and completion. Always one step ahead in chasing buyers, the rest of the chain, other estate agents and solicitors. Frequently ahead of my solicitors in providing intel and progress. The team work really hard and as a local firm are able to provide a personal, friendly and wholesome service. No gimmicks or hard sells and teated me as a person not a number. They provide a personal touch when dealing with clients. Flexible and helpful going out of their way to support me during my sale. Incredible team and a big shout out to Dan and Lorraine. Thankyou team for always being there for me and my daughter and always going above and beyond. I cannot thsnkyou all enough xx

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!
