31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Ollie went the extra mile for us...... Ollie kept us informed every step of the way (even with tricky delays), his professionalism and knowledge made all the difference. Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... Thanks again, we couldn't have done it with out you!
24th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Kit and Alistair managed the sale of our property in Weston Village. From the first meeting, there was no hard sell, just lots of questions, so that they could understand our position. Knowledgeable, professional and good people to deal with. Very proactive and helped to resolve a few last minute hic-ups. Would highly recommend.
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently purchased a property through Davies & Way, and I felt I had to leave a review because of how fantastic they were from start to finish.

I mainly dealt with Ellen and Pollyanna, and they were both absolutely brilliant to deal with. Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The communication from both ladies was excellent throughout, and they always kept us updated and made the whole process feel as smooth as possible.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Davies & Way to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future.

Thank you again to Ellen, Pollyanna and the whole team! ??
18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Not what we expected. Our particular agent didn't seem very knowledgeable and we struggled to get viewings and offers most likely due to the property being over priced.
20th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Can’t speak highly enough of the MSN team - they had our best interests at heart and were great at communicating and making the sale happen - very happy sellers here - 5 Star

13th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Jonathan is so professional, calm and helpful. I have bought and latterly sold through Wild and Lye and both transactions were handled with a competence that comes from long standing experience. The service delivered is excellent and the fees are more than reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about Jonathan and Wild and Lye.
10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)?????

A fantastic experience with Home Estate Agents of Bath. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They provided excellent communication, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their local knowledge and dedication to great customer service really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.
4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Duncan Stonier had been managing agents for my property letting for a number of years and always provided top quality service. So when it came to finding someone to handle the sale of my flat I had no hesitation in asking them to do the job. They liaised seamlessly with my solicitor and everything went through without a hitch in just 4 months.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Your move have been great! I would definitely use them again!
2nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Matt immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions. The staff at Gregory's have kept me updated all the time and are all very helpful and positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)We were not living in the flat during the sale process and Nash & co were very helpful in dealing with a couple of issues so that we didn't have to travel a long way back to Bath.
24th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Truly awful experience, I would recommend staying as far as possible from this company.
3rd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Having had a few less-than-positive experiences with estate agents previously, we were a little nervous about finding a rental in an area we didn’t know at all. Moving from Gloucestershire to Somerset, with a new school and so many other things to organise, felt like a lot to take on.
From the moment I spoke with Lisa, however, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable and responsive. Communication was quick and straightforward, and she made the entire rental process feel remarkably straight forward.

She also has a really excellent selection of properties, and we are absolutely delighted with the home we’ve ended up renting. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find.

Moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with an estate agent, so finding someone who was genuinely helpful, friendly and straightforward made such a difference to us. Our experience could not have been more positive, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a property.

A huge thank you — we really appreciate everything you did to make our move to Somerset such a smooth and pleasant experience.
9th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Jenny and the whole team at Bowerhouse have been professional, friendly and act fast on the important things that need attention. I would highly recommend them and I already have to several people. Thank you.
19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Joanna and all the staff are very helpful and polite, they have kept me up to date at all times

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Melissa and Carly in particular have been absolutely incredible, worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly for me. They didn’t give up at all and just worked so hard for me every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough.
