10th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

Have been with them for 6 years and they’re friendly, helpful, reliable, always prompt with any assistance (even during holiday periods), and they’re very transparent and honest, and really understand the market.

Stella Lange is totally professional, and responsive, and proactive, and fair, and pleasant to deal with at every level - and best of all, seems to have the knack of finding really good tenants! I am so glad that I signed up with them.

4th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I have used Redac Strattons to find tenants for my flat for over 20 years. They always find tenants promptly for me and there has never been a delay with rent receipt. This year Miri did a really excellent job calmly and efficiently, dealing with arranging a number of visits, last-minute issues with the tenancy agreement,, a change in moving in date and 3 tenants in different places. She also helped with understanding the new legislation.
