Chestertons in Hampstead were fantastic from start to finish. Daniel Fisher is your man for Lettings, he is really knowledgeable. professional and happy to help. I would highly recommend him to any local Landlord.
Patrick was always helpful and polite and went out of his way to accommodate our requests to view the property we were buying. He was extremely professional.
The agency is terrible, some idiot agent had a problem with sending the address of the property and had a problem with that we wanted to view only one property. Also, a really rude attitude, and the agency I can recommend is Foxtons, they treat everyone really polite and help that much as they can.
Olivers Residential has nice properties but not even worth a call to those agents.

I was really happy to deal with Jamal Hussain. I was looking for studios in London, and I was having a problem trusting agencies while abroad since they were very pushy and unprofessional. So, my friend recommended Foxtons, and they didn't disappoint me. Jamal is very professional. My experience with him was very pleasant. It was always obvious that he wanted to help me and he wanted me to be happy with my choice, and he really did everything he could to make this process easier.
Foxtons was of very little assistance during our tenancy. No reply to emails and very little to no support on the phone.
Especially letting agents turning up with new tenants every day for several weeks before the end of the tenancy, often without or very short (30 minute) notice was horrible. One day we had 4 viewings, 2 scheduled and two turned up as they liked.
I will never rent with Foxtons again. This was the worst flat and experience I had in many years.
I was very keen to buy a flat near my former home and viewed it several times with Joe Standen. He was always there on time, patient and answered all my questions. He also kept me informed on what was happening with the property. Sadly, I did not manage to conclude the sale of my own property and so was unable to go ahead with the purchase of the flat I was interested in and am staying put for the moment but I would definitely search Joe out again and use him again when the time comes to put my house on the market.
Terrible experience with this estate agent. I rented a property in Highgate through them, which was a nightmare from start to finish. I was hurried to move in only to find that things like blinds facing a busy street, had failed to be installed in the property, as I requested in the contract, raw wood stairs not carpeted as promised, the property was dirty, although just refurbished (old fish left in a fridge to rot). Once the blind problem had been resolved, it was clear that Dexters wanted nothing more to do with management of the property and revealed that the property was actually managed by the landlord. I have rented in London for over 10 years and never dealt with a more difficult, irresponsible, problematic individual. Before departure, after paying my rent in full, I requested an earlier checkout as I was in the process of moving country and cleaned the property professionally. It made sense, as the landlord would be able to get double rent effectively. Georgie Cole from Dexters decided to instruct the landlord not to approve. She was rude, unhelpful and completely acting in the interests of the landlord without any respect for a tenant who had paid rent on time and kept the property in excellent condition, there was no discussion. You're a disgusting, greedy agency and I hope that as many people as possible will find out how you treat your tenants. I wish companies like you took responsibility for your lack of professionalism and suffer the consequences. It's a shame that the bloated London property market encourages such poor behaviour from agencies such as this.
