He was of great help and very responsive, which helped smoothen the not always easy processes. We would recommend landlord to use KFH services when renting their properties.

Search for a flat in london is tough but she made everything smooth, straight forward and simple. I would work with KFH every single time based on Pat and the team around her that made the whole process calm and straight forward despite the challenges in the London market.

They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. They were direct, clear and did what they said they would do - would recommend.

22nd Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!
