She listened, understood our requirememts and came up with our new property that we will be moving into soon. I can't recommend Griffin enough as they gave you more of a personal service and you weren't just another load of money walking in through the door. They treat you with respect!!!!

My main dealings have been with Brooke; she is a very caring, thorough and professional young lady who will go far, and is an asset to the business. She has been very patient and gone out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond by coming out to show me properties on her day off at the weekend.<br>I then had communications with the owner Steve, and I could tell that he genuinely cared and wasn’t out to make as much money as he could out of me. He took the time to give me lots of advice and info; this greatly reassured me and I was most appreciative of this.<br>I am now looking forward to working with their letting team going forward.<br>I cannot fault the agency, and thoroughly recommend them.

Lewis handled the sale process for me and his professionalism also stood out, very smart and polite, he did everything he could to make the process as easy and speedy as he could, updating me throughout. If I had to make any phone calls to the office, all the agents were always polite and passed on any messages I left for Lewis, I always had a speedy response. I am now living happily in my new home due to him..thank you Toby. Toby is a very friendly, approachable & professional person. When I collected the keys, I was given a welcome pack, which is a lovely idea & much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ark Property.

Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
