It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. This is the second time that I have employed Nicholas Percival to let one of my commercial properties and the second time that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Coe. What a star. The first property was let in a very short time with a far better rent than I had expected, he prepared the lease which was signed quickly and the whole transaction was done and dusted in no time at all.<br>The second property went just as well and despite me testing Billy's patience, he calmly and efficiently carried out the task in hand and a new tenant was installed very quickly. Knights residential was amazing! Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable.
