29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

Their experience and professionalism were invaluable in ensuring we were kept informed of the progress made until completion. They are a credit to Romans. We are very grateful and happy to have had them on the ride.
23rd Jun 2026 (4 days ago)As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about viewing properties and starting the whole buying process, but David made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free from the very beginning.<br><br>He showed us around two flats and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and reassures me that she, (and the agency) are there should anything be needed. Her customer service, care and understanding of the individual she's communicating with and working with is excellent. Thank you :)

Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. 12th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!

He was always approachable and happy to answer any questions we had, making everything so much easier to understand. His support and communication, made our experience so much better, and we always felt reassured that we were in good hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely went above and beyond for us. We’re so grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
