Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

Even when he didn't know anything he got the information to me very quickly and has helped me secure my future home. After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

He has excellent communication, a consistently positive attitude, and always manages situations in a professional and efficient manner.<br><br>Roy does an outstanding job of maintaining a fair balance between landlords and tenants, ensuring that both parties are heard, supported, and treated fairly. He is reliable, always follows through on his commitments, and responds promptly whenever assistance is needed.<br><br>Overall, the service provided by Gascoigne Pees has been excellent. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Pees.

I was able to book our viewing via WhatsApp and communicate throughout via WhatsApp, which was really handy given my busy schedule. Connor was proactive throughout, and we felt genuinely well looked after.<br><br>If and when we come to sell, we’ll certainly be using Who Property — and we’d recommend them to anyone selling, despite only being the buyer in this transaction. It was a refreshingly different experience compared to a high street chain agency!
