I was always kept updated throughout the whole process, which made everything feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>A special thank you to Akil, who I dealt with most of the time. I really appreciated having one main person to speak to throughout the process.<br>I’m now happily settled into my new home and couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and professional estate agent!
25th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

Tom Major is extremely responsive to all messages, communicates well and sets realistic expectations.

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market. Highly recommend anyone to use them if looking for a property in Maidenhead. Thank you both so much!!!!
