Even when he didn't know anything he got the information to me very quickly and has helped me secure my future home. Make sure if you need anyone my recommendation would be Romans and of course Reece Dawson! Thank you again!

After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I highly recommend Property explorer if you are thinking of selling your house<br>From the first meeting we felt like they understood we were selling our family home and the emotional attachment that goes alongside the decision.<br>They answered all our questions thoroughly and were always on the end of the phone to keep us involved in the whole process.<br>I would certainly use them again.

12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.
27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

We have been selling my parents house; Teresa was excellent with advice on making the most of the property to entice buyers in a difficult market, even providing items to dress the house. Nick was efficient and communicative with the legal process and overall we are super happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quarters.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

17th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
