Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

All staff have been very helpful and supportive and l have to say that my property manager Reece Probert has been absolutely brilliant when it comes to any issues or questions/ concerns dealing with them quickly and effectively. Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and reassures me that she, (and the agency) are there should anything be needed. Her customer service, care and understanding of the individual she's communicating with and working with is excellent. Thank you :)

9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We made a sudden decision to move after 54 years in our house. Ollie valued our house & hurried it online as we were going on holiday in two weeks. He successfully found us a buyer 4 days later so that we were able to secure a property we had seen. We are now in the capable hands of Kevin & the Solicitor they recommended & feel happy to go away for 3 weeks while it all proceeds. Many thanks for your guidance Ollie

Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. If we are to sell this house in future, we will definitely do so using Quarters and we are already recommending Quarters to friends and family.

12th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
