This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I would highly recommend Romans Bracknell, and especially Lisa Fazal, who has been a fantastic property manager. Lisa is always professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure both tenants and landlords are happy and always tries to find the best and fairest solution. We have been with Romans for years, and Lisa has always made communication easy and pleasant. She listens, responds to any concerns and makes us feel valued as tenants. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and we really appreciate her positive attitude, understanding and support. Lisa Fazal is a real credit to Romans Bracknell, and we are very grateful for everything she does for us. Highly recommended!

They have been so professional with the sale of my home, they sold it off market and had a fully informed team at every viewing. Tom Major is extremely responsive to all messages, communicates well and sets realistic expectations.

She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

They were incredibly helpful and supportive, and also put me in touch with some great contacts to help with my property needs.<br><br>A special mention to Conor, who went above and beyond. After hearing that we had sadly lost our dog, he even gave us a thoughtful gift in sympathy, which was such a kind and personal gesture that we really appreciated.<br><br>Fantastic service, genuinely caring people, and a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Carr Williams to anyone looking for support with their property search!

Always picking up phone calls, always there to help no matter the question, always on top of things. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

17th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
