She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)In a nutshell (in case you're in a rush) we bought a home where Hamilton Piers were the managing estate agents, and they were so good that I had serious estate agent envy.<br><br>I honestly wish we'd chosen them to sell our own home.<br><br>From day one, the experience was a joy. Jade, Jenna and Sarah were not only professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, but also genuinely engaging, compassionate and have great senses of humour. They made us feel like actual people rather than just another sales commission or invoice number.<br><br>Having worked with a few estate agents now, I'd lost faith in the industry. More than once I've been charmed at the start, only to find myself constantly chasing updates after signing up, feeling dismissed and embarrassed that I'd fallen for the sales patter. Hamilton Piers completely restored that faith. Their commitment never wavered.<br><br>Every query was dealt with promptly, and Sarah, their Sales Progression Manager, became someone I spoke to every week. She kept us informed at every stage of the process, not only updating us on the progress of the move but also checking in to see how we were doing and offering help wherever she could.<br><br>The purchase wasn't entirely smooth sailing due to some complications with safety paperwork (nothing to do with the estate agents), but it was handled with extraordinary patience, professionalism and diplomacy. At every stage, we were confident that we were in safe hands.<br><br>We have no plans to move again any time soon, but if we ever do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamilton Piers. 27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. We’ve now moved into what we genuinely hope will be our forever home, while also achieving a fantastic price on our sale.<br><br>Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough.<br><br>Thank you so much to Olivia and everyone at Beresfords Maldon for everything you did for us. 28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Having rented a property from Property Book for several years now ,I have nothing but good things to say about the team .<br><br>They look after their tenants extremely well .<br>Someone on the team will always get back to you straight away when you contact them .<br><br>Always extremely helpful & any issue's or repairs need doing are doing are always fixed very quickly .<br><br>Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent .

Bryony Collett has kept me updated through the whole process, and her communication has made me feel at ease whilst purchasing my first home. Compared to another Estate Agents I have also been dealing with, I would never go anywhere else now. They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. We would highly recommend if you're looking for an agent in the area - they're an absolute pleasure to deal with.

14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Intercounty Dunmow helped me with the sale of my shared ownership property. The housing association had listed the property as required for 3 months with not a single viewing arranged. I was deflated about it and Intercounty changed the whole thing. I was very impressed by the initial appointment and how quickly they got it on the market.<br><br>Intercounty handled all of the viewings and communicated really well throughout. Very quickly I received offers and the sale was arranged. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out at the last minute. Intercounty again very quickly found another buyer. I spoke mostly with Annabel Gurnett who was great both times!<br><br>After the sale was agreed Hayley French progressed the sale and without her I’m not sure what I would have done, it felt like she made it her personal mission to get it done. The buyers solicitor was very slow and Hayley sent multiple chaser emails and kept me updated throughout. It made the process much less stressful, so thank you so much.<br><br>Overall everyone was really helpful and technically sold the flat twice (thankfully only charging me once!). Really good team, highly recommended!

She explained every step clearly, patiently, and without jargon — making the whole process feel manageable and even exciting.<br><br>Sarah was always on hand to reassure me, kept me updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to answer every single question — no matter how small. She is warm, kind, professional, and genuinely cares about getting things right.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. If you’re buying your first home, Sarah is the person you want by your side. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
25th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I’d have had an easier time getting blood out of a stone than getting my own deposit back.<br><br>My tenancy ended, yet Gray & Co withheld my entire deposit while they waited for quotes and paperwork. Not a penny of the undisputed funds was released, and I eventually had to start the MyDeposits dispute process myself.<br><br>I was even encouraged to agree to deductions to “avoid going to dispute” and warned that if I did dispute, the landlord would ask for even more.<br><br>If your idea of good customer service is endless chasing, shifting goalposts and fighting for your own money, you’ll feel right at home. Everyone else should look elsewhere.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. 29th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
