Tommy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — always professional, friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Bethan has also been fantastic and has been so helpful throughout. They’ve both been a pleasure to deal with and have made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work and support — it’s very much appreciated! ?
4th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent in Swansea. ????????????

Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

She was honest with us every step of the way—there was no jargon or pushiness, just friendly and knowledgeable advice.<br><br>Kim took the time to get to know us and understood exactly what we were looking for, which really helped us when making such a big decision. From the initial valuation to the day of completion it’s been a pleasure to have him by our side. Communication has been outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble, evening viewings accommodating around our work schedule and securing wonderful buyers, I can’t imagine another estate agent going above and beyond like Steve did for us. A true asset to estate agents! Thanks Steve, until the next sale ??????!
