They sold my house in just over a week of it going on the market. Every member of the team that I spoke to was so friendly and efficient. Really appreciate all their help.
21st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rented a mould infested property with EPC rating E and it was so cold and energy consuming yet they increased the rent not minding what we were going through. When we complained, they took zero responsibility and Emma blamed our breathing for the mould. We moved out and they requested part of our deposit(still contesting that with DPS) even when we caused zero damage to the property. They are simply unsympathetic and all they care about is money. I genuinely feel for whoever will rent the property I left because they usually use paint to cover the mould and you won’t notice till you start living in the house. Please check the EPC rating of their property you want to rent and completely AVOID D AND E!<br><br>EDIT: DPS gave them nothing and returned all my deposit to me. After investigation, they saw it was pure fraudulent exploitation to ask for part of my deposit for black spots in a mould house I didn’t cause.

From start to finish, they were always there to answer our questions, offer reassurance, and guide us through every step of the process.<br><br>Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Sarah and Louise made everything so much easier and helped the whole journey feel smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for better support. Communication was also spot on and they never let us down especially Sarah with all the updates and fast responses.<br><br>Thank you both so much for everything you've done for us. 22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

My overall experience was therefore an excellent, high quality and friendly service from Acres in general and Katie in particular.
