What was becoming a stressful situation has been made so easy since we switched to Goodman Warren and Beck. Paul Warren has been so helpful from the beginning and has gone beyond expectation to help us.

We were given helpful advice about every aspect of the sale, including how to present the property and also how to dispose of unwanted items. 29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have always been slightly sceptical about estate agents but Perry Bishop in Tetbury, particularly Helen Pugh sorted that out.<br><br>Helen and her team have been nothing short of amazing. Helen looked after our sale herself, answering difficult questions and dealing with particularly difficult situations effectively. She really showed us her true professionalism and care, helping us out when we needed her. Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.- 4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)The team have been very professional and supportive throughout the selling process. 9th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent.

8th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion.
