25th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)We experienced ongoing issues with repairs not being addressed (a bathroom light remained broken for several months after a leak). We were also asked to conduct viewings ourselves before moving out, which we did not feel was our responsibility. On moving in, there were also cleanliness issues, including mould in the washing machine drawer and cupboards left full of cleaning products from previous occupancy. We later found these same items referenced when deductions from our deposit were discussed, which was frustrating. Overall, prospective tenants may wish to ensure maintenance expectations and check-in inventories are clearly documented before signing.

From the very beginning, they were so helpful and supportive throughout our house search.<br><br>A special thank you to Fynn, who went above and beyond for us. He always tried his best to fit us in for viewings, regularly called to see how we were getting on and whether we had found anywhere, and would always send us properties that matched exactly what we were looking for.<br><br>We have now found our house, unfortunately not through Haybrook, but we still wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you for everything they did for us throughout our search.
