11th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I recently purchased my first property from William H Brown Crystal Peaks and had a great experience from start to finish. The end to end process was only 12 weeks from us viewing the house to completing and moving in! A special mention to Erin who dealt with us right from the beginning and made sure everything progressed quickly and efficiently. She was always very responsive and helpful and not to mention extremely polite and kind! I would definitely recommend William H Brown for anyone looking to sell or buy a house!
13th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Lack of communication Weren’t very proactive You get what you pay for- 25th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)We experienced ongoing issues with repairs not being addressed (a bathroom light remained broken for several months after a leak). We were also asked to conduct viewings ourselves before moving out, which we did not feel was our responsibility. On moving in, there were also cleanliness issues, including mould in the washing machine drawer and cupboards left full of cleaning products from previous occupancy. We later found these same items referenced when deductions from our deposit were discussed, which was frustrating. Overall, prospective tenants may wish to ensure maintenance expectations and check-in inventories are clearly documented before signing.

This time Sienna looked after us really well, speedy and accurate communications getting our property turned around asap. We couldn’t have asked for more.- 28th May 2026 (21 days ago)We cannot thank Laura Phillipson enough for her perseverance, patience and persistence working through a very challenging and protracted sales process to finally bring it to a successful conclusion after 6 months, against odds tbat at times seemed insurmountable. Laura's supportive efforts and her encouragement along the way really helped us at times when we felt like just dropping the whole thing. Without her work it is very unlikely that we would have continued with our sale to the most disorganised buyers in Christendom. Thank you Laura!! We recognise the skills you used and think you have a great career ahead of you - you are certainly a shining star in the branch! Ruby has also always been helpful and we recognise and appreciate her efforts also.

The team proactively find and manage good tenants, ensuring the properties are well maintained, allowing our tenants to enjoy their residence in one our properties. The team are always on hand to answer queries as well as having ‘meaningful’ conversations about holidays and football…keep up the great work!- 10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Blundells Chapeltown have been outstanding in supporting me and my partner throughout our property search. Shadi, the estate agent who conducted our viewing, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His professionalism and positive approach truly set him apart from any estate agent I’ve dealt with before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Blundells.

4th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Disappointed all round 2 viewings and had to keep asking for feedback. New photos taken as the originals had been filtered but they never added them and the video was on their Facebook page only not Rightmove.

Nothing is too much trouble and are also at the end of the phone to solve any queries. We would highly recommend the Chapeltown team.- 28th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Im 62 yrs of age and never sold a house before (lived in same house since got married) so when my mum passed away I was left in a fortunate position where I had a house to sell. As I had no previous experience of selling, I asked my friend to accompany me with the valuation appointments. After 2 appointments which we both agreed undervalued the house and seemed only interested in a quick sale one very eager for me to sign there and then. So we decided to try Hunters Estate Agents Hillsborough Helen arrived and all of a sudden felt this meeting were different at last someone who treated this house with respect and compassion it deserved after all this was our family home for 57 yrs and held a lot of memories and Helen did just that treated it like a family home and not a commodity. Without even going to detail re charges knew we had already made our minds up ????. The charges were very very reasonable and she even sorted a solicitor out for us in our case used Taylor and Emmett who again cant fault on the price they charged and the first-class service we received from them. The marketing of the property was excellent from the brochure, photos and viewings think we got 18 views in first week and numerous offers. From middle April to 22nd September all now completed form start to finish excellent communication from Helen, Lauren and Emily nothing too much trouble all in all excellent service. Think for me to sum this up if you looking for an Estate Agent do not look any further than Hunters Hillsborough.

The team is very professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to understand what we wanted and arranged great viewings. Eric explained everything clearly—from layouts to locations to the buying process, and always looked out for our best interests. He was reliable, efficient, and quick to solve any issues. Highly recommended!
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.

Made all the bookings for the viewings . The photos were very good, and my home was sold within a week. I would highly recommend Saxton Mee estate agents.
