They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .
2nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

AVOID They accepted my offer for a home, I set up an mortgage and solicitor etc, upon sending the money, they stated they didn't accept the offer, I asked for a phone recording and they didn't give it to me to prove they were wrong, after I paid for a surveyance that was non refundable. AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY WILL NOT ACT RESPONSIBLY. AND yes, before you say it, my offer was ACCEPTED!
15th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Andrew Dawson himself came to value house. He impressed me by being very capable and realistic about price. It was very quickly put on internet and i received an offer very quickly.
2nd Jun 2022 (1 year ago)We had a disappointing and frustrating experience with ReedsRains. The initial appointment was promising but as i had to go into hospital for two weeks, that slowed things down initially BUT after that we made six calls to the office asking them to get things moving and asking for the manager to call us back but he never returned our calls. Eventually i rang again and told whoever answered that they may as well take the property back off the market as they werent communicating with us and seemed disinterested to which the reply was "okay then". It took 2 weeks for them to remove the sales board and we heard nothing back from the manager and no apology or explanation.

29th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

We had previously listed with a large estate agent in the area and received very poor service, with no offers after 8 months. After listing with Tim we had an offer within a month.
