Nothing was too much trouble and Janet and Emily were extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and in particular in presenting the house for the photographs and also viewings. They continued their excellent customer service once we had sold (which was within three weeks) by proactively keeping us updated at every step of the way from the top to the bottom of the chain. We can't thank them enough and can highly recommend them without hesitation.

Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

From the initial valuation by Olivia and the viewings overseen by Jasmine, we received regular updates and feedback. Once we had agreed the sale of our property, another one of the girls, Coral, effectively became our case manager. Throughout what was, and has been a long, drawn out conveyancing period, Coral was amazing and thoroughly professional in all aspects. We would absolutely recommend Kay Collins to anyone considering selling/buying a property. Their level of service of service has been outstanding. Thankyou so much. Tony & Cathy.

Never missed a beat, always went above and beyond and always kept me updated. Lovely run business and the owner is a lovely bloke and so professional. Lisa, especially, was also brilliant and is a great asset to the company. Would highly recommend

He made the process as hassle-free and speedy as he could for my 95 year old mum. He has been extremely supportive with the sale of our mother's house including ensuring good communications with the agents of the apartment she is moving into. Excellent service - would definitely recommend!!

It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.
