I don’t know how I would have got through without her.<br><br>The whole team from start to finish were amazing. I’ve sold several properties in my time and have always used Charnock Bates - they’re professional, they care and are with you every step of the way. I simply cannot thank them enough. They were always extremely good at keeping us informed about any enquiries and they always came back to us with feedback after viewings. They did the viewings on our behalf, and they were always fantastic and there were never any issues with availability. We would highly recommend them as the level of service was first class and the price was extremely competitive.

Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
