We approached Kemp and Co to buy a property and after a discussion with Peter we were very happy to also put the Sale of our current property through them. The service was fantastic from all the team from Start to finish - Christine showed us round our new home and was knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know she fed back to the office who contacted us promptly. Peter who explained the selling process and also took wonderful photos and described our current home brilliantly, Daniel who arranged and sorted our EPC as well as completing a viewing. And finally Mark the office manager always on hand for queries and some hand holding. This was the first sale and purchase at the same time for ourselves so we were quite nervous and unsure about the process and we’re incredibly grateful for all the help the team at Kemp & Co provided. Being a local family business, the personal touch really does go a long way and knowing the areas we moved from and too I believe was a huge benefit of general market oversight. Thank you again!
