   I cannot recommend the team at William H Brown, Sowerby Bridge highly enough. My purchase involved a long and sometimes frustrating chain, but throughout the entire process the team were friendly, supportive and always willing to help. I would particularly like to thank Hannah and Anne, who were both absolutely fantastic. Hannah went above and beyond keeping me updated, chasing the chain and investigating whenever things seemed to stall. She was always approachable, reassuring and proactive, and her communication was excellent. It really felt like she genuinely cared about helping get my purchase over the line. Anne, my mortgage broker, was equally outstanding. She made the whole mortgage process feel straightforward and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout. She also arranged all of my insurance policies, explaining everything clearly and making sure I had the right cover in place. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt I was in safe hands.    Dawsons have been fantastic throughout the whole process. From valuing our property through to completion Matt has kept us updated with the whole process. Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible.     Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.... Read more

    Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market.
