But felt they could have been more honest with the market situation up front with us.- 14th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

They were all very professional and knowledgeable. And very friendly, kind and helpful.

Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, we appreciated being kept in the loop at all times and towards the very end of our sale, just before the Big Christmas close for all Solicitors, we had the whole team at Allsworth go above and beyond to push our sale over the line. 23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I called the agency to ask for advice with a tenant issue I have been having, and they helped me fully with my problem. I asked about the new changes too and they sent me a booklet of everything I needed to be aware of! Such a helpful and lovely team. 5* service and prices are the cheapest in the area, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend. Thanks to Lisa and the team, would definitely work with them again.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny
3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)From start to finish of selling my beloved long-time family home in Shelburne Rd, Calne, Mollie, Peter, Milan & the BB team were perfect at keeping me updated with viewings, feedbacks, conveyancer recommendation, EPC/floorplan survey recommendation & setting reasonable expectations in terms of market pricing and time-to-sell. The team are fully wired into the locality and by far the best experience I've had with motivated & proactive estate agents. Chapeau team BB & 100% certain i'll be engaging with you again when I move back to the area!

Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.
