14th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid- 15th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)The team at Bradleys Brixham have been excellent at keeping in touch, always professional and very helpful. They have been open and honest throughout the selling process with regular feedback. The results speak for themselves in ultimately being able to sell my house in a tough, crowded market at a reasonable price.
20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We’ve had our two flats in Torquay managed by Henrietta Klimkova at Haart since we relocated to the UAE in 2017. Although we faced some financial challenges along the way, Henrietta consistently delivered excellent support and maintained meticulous records. When the time came to sell in June 2025, her attention to detail and compliance with UK property management standards made the entire process significantly smoother. I’ll admit I used to question the fees—particularly for handling the property tax returns—but in hindsight, it was money well spent. I highly recommend their services, especially if you’re based overseas and need a reliable property manager. Even if it feels costly at first, trust me: when it comes time to sell, you’ll be grateful for the structure, documentation, and peace of mind they provide. Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.

Whether sharing his latest golfing or family anecdotes or diving into the nitty-gritty of contracts and small print, James has a gift for putting people at ease while ensuring clarity and precision. From our experience, one of the biggest stumbling blocks in negotiations is when parties are not fully aligned before a conversation takes place. James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. James’s approach is solution-focused, pragmatic, and fair. If he doesn’t immediately know the answer, he finds out quickly and comes straight back to you. 4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
