They were very professional in all aspects of their work and achieved a sale, albeit for less than we wanted to achieve.- 15th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Very nice people and sold my house in less than a week-amazing. Was kept up to date at all times and they were very helpful in recommending fir photos and EPC cert Would use them again

22nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)The staff at Boothroyds are simply wonderful - friendly and professional, always keep me updated on any changes in legislation regarding my property and rental agreements etc. I have rented my apartment through them for years - they provide an extremely reliable and trustworthy service.
1st Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Write from the initial contact and the valuation, confidence was created. The property brochure was well photographed, designed, and with the language carefully crafted. Whenever we phoned the office, which ever member of staff answered was readily able to either respond personally or no immediately how to obtain an appropriate response. They were well organised and enthusiastic team.
16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

He has constantly been chasing solicitors on both sides. He is a wonderful calm negotiator, during stressful times. From the beginning of first viewing , up until exchanging today , he has been the upmost professional & nothing gas been to much trouble for him . Very rare in this buisness , to find someone with such consideration & empathy. Thankyou . Well done jackson-stops for employing such a great chap.

9th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

2nd May 2026 (5 days ago)We asked to take the property at the asking price on Monday for a property, was told to send an email because clearly they couldn’t be bothered to take it over the phone! Email sent Monday and we have not yet to heard (Saturday) Being in the industry this is why we have a bad name and now I know that agents like this is exactly why!!!! Complete joke!! If you’re a landlord with this company how many times have you lost a good tenant because of a lack of care!!??
16th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)The members of staff were absolutley amazing; so helpful and nothing was too much effort for them. Extremely efficient communications and always returning calls and emails as soon as they could. We organised 2 sets of viewings almost at last minute timescales and felt well looked after. The staff are genuinely interested in their clients and customers and facilitated meetings whenever we needed them. Thank you for such good service and friendliness.

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

The team was super professional and quick to respond during the whole process. They were there for us at every step and were really committed to making sure everything went as planned. They were always available to answer our questions, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to results. Special thanks to Jane, who was extra awesome in handling our request. If you’re on the hunt for a trustworthy and efficient agency, I’d definitely recommend them
