Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!

4th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Very good service- 16th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Have recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase. From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track) From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times. We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded. Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.

7th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Scott Parry associates have just successfully sold our Property in Cargreen, and I can honestly say that they are by-far the best agents that we have ever dealt with. We went with Scott after his property appraisal, as he was genuinely enthusiastic about our property and location, and the photography and drone footage that they provided was incredible. The market is very challenging at the moment, and the team persevered with many viewings and were proactive and accommodating for potential viewings throughout the entire process. The whole team were fantastic, and in particular Megan, who we could not fault, and we felt like she made it her mission to sell our property. The market is incredibly tough, so be realistic about your sell price and Scott Parry Associates will get it done for you!
