We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. 22nd Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Southgate originally acted as letting agents for our property - they are efficient, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. They have now acted as selling agents, this took a bit longer than anticipated but Southgate agents have kept us informed and been helpful during the whole process.

16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

Carl and Dawn are knowledgeable, professional and their customer service is second to none. All queries are answered promptly, rent is transferred quickly and any issues sorted efficiently.Wish we had found them sooner!
