6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!
16th May 2021 (2 years ago)Very poor. 1 viewing in 12 weeks. Incorrect information on house details and plan. Changed agent sold house in 6 weeks. When I emailed to view a property with them - no response. No wonder they dont sell houses!

3rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Don’t think twice! Choose ‘In House’. Most delightful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our property went live on a Friday afternoon, we’d accepted an offer by the following Tuesday. I cannot tell you how pleased we are. The solicitor recommended is just as good. You won’t regret using ‘In House’, we certainly haven’t!

23rd Sep 2021 (2 years ago)It seems to me if you don't fit a certain 'look' then you have no chance of fairly buying with this development. They'll put you on the bottom of the list and sell to their own first at a discounted price while offering you inflated prices so you are put off. Sales people have no integrity, liars and feel like they can treat honest potential buyers like trash as their development is 'popular'. Pathetic!
