15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
8th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!
6th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)We sold two properties through Abbots quickly and without problems. Josh was knowledgeable about the local area, professional and friendly. Did a much better job than the more expensive agent we tried previously.

28th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.

He was willing to spend more time than strictly necessary helping me with his knowledge of the area (the housing market but also house clearance options) and to recommend rival firms as being more suitable to our needs. 6th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Rob from HAART was absolutely brilliant, we immediately struck up a trusting relationship which made it a very easy decision for me to go with him to sell my home, he was very complimentary, showed me how to dress my home for the sale and took some beautiful pictures, his write up was wonderful and the house sold within days. Rob has been very attentive throughout the selling process especially at the end when it all became a bit stressful! I’m not planning on moving any time soon but when I do I will definitely be in touch!
22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!- 14th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Very friendly and helpful.
