Scammers<br><br>This company is such a disappointment and a waste of space in the property industry!<br><br>Big energy, big promises , no follow up and 0 professionalism . Typical behavior !<br><br>They have called me 4 times and bragged how they are introducing this new "Mot" service for properties and how is going to be free for me as I have attended the seminar.<br><br>I booked the appointment, was supposed to be with Ali - someone else turned up. Typical behavior !<br><br>Kept reading off the list and using scare tactics (quite uncomfortable call) and booked the results for next day.<br><br>I returned home for the zoom call at 11.00 :<br>- no zoom call was sent for appointment<br>- i have emailed to check on the appointment, no reply<br>- I have called the office 3 times ,no call back<br>- luckily, I have offered information on only 1 of my properties and with the amount of scams and scammers going around, I worry about the shares information.<br><br>I might be old fashioned, but I hold you accountable on your results and what you do,not on what you promise you will do.<br><br>A bunch of time wasters!<br><br>How you do one thing, is how you do everything!

We do not live locally and they made it incredibly smooth and easy and kept us updated with progress throughout. They gave us advise on suitable tenants using thier experience, which was much appreciated. It was a pleasure to deal with them….five star service.

The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. Initial interview with Finlay and the staff and my property was sold in one day - this tells you really they are ideal. They keep you to up to date, professional and I did not need to worry about any issues. Everything was very fluid and I left the whole business to them. Well done all.

7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. He somehow managed to remain calm when I got frustrated with hiccups in the process lower in the chain.<br>Whenever we phoned, it didn't matter which member of the team we spoke to, they were always so helpful and did their best to answer our questions.

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team.
