Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

10th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)A few years ago, when my partner and I were looking to rent a property, I had an experience with this company that has stayed with me ever since. During the process, a woman named Gina was holding my passport and asked me whether I was a British citizen after I had simply asked for clarification about something. What made this particularly upsetting was that my partner, who was with me at the time, was not asked the same question. He is white, and I was left feeling singled out, belittled, and judged. When I later raised this concern, I was told this was part of a right to rent check. However, that explanation did not address why I was the only one asked in that way. Right to rent checks should be applied fairly and consistently, and this interaction did not feel fair or professional to me. Years later, I still remember how uncomfortable and diminished that experience made me feel. I am sharing this because I think people deserve to know how they may be treated, especially if they are from an ethnic minority background. I hope the company reflects on how these checks are carried out and ensures that no one else is made to feel this way.

11th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
