23rd May 2019 (7 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service

23rd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued. Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

We have found him to be a proactive communicator who is excellent at identifying and resolving issues efficiently. 27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)"I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! Avoid them."
