While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.

28th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I booked a viewing on 24 February 2026 for an appointment confirmed on 28 February at 12:00 pm. I travelled nearly two hours to attend, arrived on time, and when I called the agent to check their arrival, I was casually told the appointment had been cancelled. No one informed me beforehand. No call. No email. Nothing. This shows a total lack of basic organisation and zero respect for clients’ time. Cancelling appointments without notifying people is unacceptable, especially when customers are travelling significant distances. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I would strongly question how they handle actual clients. Very disappointing experience.

6th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both Imran and Marble Sales to anyone looking for a new home!

She's been my point of contact throughout the process, and made each step far less stressful that I initially anticipated. I highly recommend!

We had an unusual Grade 2 listed building to sell and we had tried several other agents but nobody matched the amount of viewings that Shepherds provided. Therefore we had confidence that they would eventually get us a sale - and they did! A big thank you to Adam and the team, in particular Nathaniel and Ava - always friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Shepherds to give your property the care and attention it needs to get the right people through the door.
30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

22nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)As a first time seller I had a positive experience with LB and felt i was in a safe pair of hands. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
