A very cool, but also very professional agency. I visited their office opposite Brick lane and spoke to Sam who then took me to see 3 Properties in the local area which matched my criteria. I ended up taking the first property, but all 3 Properties were a nice standard unlike some of the other agents Properties I have viewed. Sam passed over my file to Mr Nick Hardy who managed our move in very well. Really nice and friendly staff. Since moving in we did have a couple of issues, but hats off to them as these were resolved very quickly and we are now enjoying the Shoreditch life.

Very poor service especially from Nick Hardy - wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. We have rent out a fully furnished one bedroom flat which came without bed because of a misunderstanding. Lots of issues like toilet not functioning and rats in the attic. Stay away
I don’t normally leave reviews however I received the most amazing customer service from Karen today that I had to share. Best service of my life to date!!
I needed to bring in my proof of ID into another branch however it was closed. I called the Stratford branch to check their closing time, Karen picked up the phone and informed me that they had just closed. I informed Karen of my situation regarding not being able to bring my ID any other day before my move as I was travelling.
Karen was very understanding of my situation and agreed to wait for me. She didn’t wait for 5 mins or 10mins; It was a whole 30 minutes by the time I got there and she was still there and was very pleasant. If that is not exceptional service then I do not know what is. I am beyond grateful.
Karen: if you ever get to see this review, thank you so much. You are such an amazing human being!!

I would like to raise a complaint as my dealings with this company have been terrible from start to finish.
It took over a week and countless chasers to receive some simple answers to questions regarding a property, once we over came this hurdle and arranged a viewing Cecilia Urban had the audacity to leave me waiting in the rain forgetting about the appointment all together?!
This is just not the way to do business.
If your staff are to busy hire more? Don't allow for your customer service to fall off a cliff.
If your staff can't tell the time teach them?

Absolutely amazing afternoon tea and service! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentleman who served us (he was from Budapest) but I wanted to thank him for making my mum's visit to London. Service was exceptional and even the gluten free tea looked just as fabulous as the "normal" one. I'm so glad I finally made it after waiting for so long to get a space!
For a place that stands for impeccable service, we receive appaling level of attentiveness from the staff at the afternoon tea/ dinner service. Its the holidays and they must have been busier than usual but overwhelmed is not something I expect given their reputation. Definitely not worth the spend and time.
My partner and I are both fairly new to the UK, which can make finding a flat particularly difficult. Adele made finding our dream home not only easy, but actually remarkably pleasant!
From our first meeting, she really listened to us and genuinely understood what we were looking for. She took the stress out of viewings by scheduling multiple appointments in a day and taking me around herself. She even arranged for a last-minute second viewing when I couldn’t decide about a particular flat. Even though I sometimes bombarded her with questions, I never felt like a burden.
When it came time to make an offer, I felt like Adele and Joe both totally had our back. They were both super communicative and made sure we were getting everything we needed. Unlike many agencies in London, we also never felt pressured to offer more money than we were able.
I honestly could not be more pleased with this experience, and will be recommending Joe and Adele to everyone I know.
The lettings team were not helpful when I called (on behalf of my husband Jack) to discuss the letting process. I was put through to Joe who I think is the manager he sounded very uneducated compared to other agents in the area. Would not recommend as there are better agents in the area
Andrew Seemungal made the process between viewing my flat to move in day as smooth as it could possibly be. Reasonable fees, quick replies and every enquiry before moving day was quickly addressed. Even though I've had issues with some things post move in day, the whole team are always fast to communicate the first steps to rectify them. Always polite and helpful :)
David Key advertised some good rental properties. Andrew Seemungal is the Senior Negotiator there and helped us close a contract for a price that was within our budget. Any problems Andrew was quick to ensure that they were resolved which made the experience easier as it can be quite stressful. For me the courtesy, honesty shown by Andrew is what prompts me to post this review.
We had an excellent experience getting our flat sorted with Dexters Hackney. We dealt with Joe who was very quick to respond, very helpful in getting us the best deal possible and helping us make the transition smooth. Never had such an easy and nice experience getting a flat. I definitely recommend them.
I am enjoying their unsolicited post ever since my house was put on the market through a different estate agent.
I especially enjoyed queuing up for twenty minutes in the post office to pick up a letter that had postage due on it. This turned out to be another one of Dexter's unsolicited letters that they had failed to put any postage on.
