Keatons gave us good, straight forward advice at the beginning of the process. The photography was professional and the marketing of our flat looked great. After we'd accepted an offer, Stuart was great at keeping the process moving along by gently keeping all parties in touch with each other.
It’s taken over 6 months in a very slow market but Keaton’s have found me a buyer.

Very disappointed with the Leyton branch. The sales manager Mr Leonard was dishonest and lied to me repeatedly and never contacted me back. He then left the company with no warning and didn't update his colleagues with any information regarding my offer on a property they were selling.

SHOCKING AND BELITTLING TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH 'MARK' IN SALES TEAM.
VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS PERSON. I AM A MULTI PROPERTY LANDLORD AND BUYER. I CALLED UP TO ENQUIRE ABOUT A PROPERTY WHICH THEY JUST POSTED, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE ON MY ROAD. i ASKED AND TOLD THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, WHO SAID HIS NAME IS MARK, AS SUCH AND ASKED HIM POLITELY IF HE CAN GIVE ME THE HOUSE NUMBER. HE REFUSED SO I SAID NO WORRIES AND THAT I WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A VIEWING.
'MARK' (HORRIBLE TONE OF VOICE) ASKED FOR MY NAME AND NUMBER WHICH I PROVIDED. HE THEN ASKED ME FOR MY ADDRESS WHICH I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE TO GIVE TO HIM. AT THIS POINT HE SNEERED SAYING I AM NOT SERIOUS AND THAT I AM WASTING HIS TIME. WHAT HAS MY ADDRESS GOT TO DO WITH ME BUYING A PROPERTY????
THIS SO CALLED AGENT, MARK, THEN REFUSED TO BOOK ME IN. IN FRUSTRATION I ASKED HIM TO GIVE ME HIS HOME ADDRESS AND THEN I WILL GIVE MINE, TO WHICH HE SAYS THAT, THAT HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.. SO WHY DOES MINE???
HE TOLD ME HE WANTS TO END THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION AND HE IS NOT INTERESTED. I HEARD HIM MUTTER A SWEAR WORD AS HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN.

Extremely helpful, professional, and friendly staff. From the very beginning my wife and I never felt any pressure to use their services. Most importantly they listened to our needs and responded accordingly.
By far, my worst real state experience since I moved to London. A truly unprofessional service that started as soon as we payed the monies. A lack of consumer service, either by solving problems of the flat or by replying complaints.
If you're in a need of a flat, doesn't matter how desperate you are, I'd recommend not to work with them, not even as your last option.

Worst kind of letting agents we've dealt with. So incompetent and irresponsible. We've been living in a cold flat from past 3 months and the agency is just sitting on this issue. Instead of getting it resolved they told us there are no issues with the heating. We were informed of the wrong council tax band at the time of signing the contract. The property manager is unapproachable that every time we send her an email, we have to give a call to her to let her know that there is an email from us, sitting in her inbox waiting for her response. She never has any concrete reply for any of the issues that have been reported so far. We're throwing our hard earned money at the higher electricity bills and ludicrously high council tax bill because of Complete's unprofessional behaviour and inadequate knowledge.
We started looking for flats to buy in Jan 2015 and registered an many estate agencies in the area. I feel really lucky that we met James Teulon at Foxtons, as he was by far and away the most professional, attentive, and helpful estate agent that we worked with, and probably the reason that we found our dream flat. He listened to all of our specifications and would immediately let us know when something came up that we might like. I think he must have been instrumental in getting us the place we eventually made an offer on, as the former owner initially said no and then changed her mind. We couldn't recommend James more!
Agreed to work with Foxtons for the sale of my property. I suggested an Open Day to which they said it would probably not generate enough people through the door. A few weeks after the property went on the market Foxtons suggested a reduction in asking price by 200k, reason - because of Brexit. Once that is done, still very few viewings and another reduction in asking price suggested. Realised they were all talk and did not seem to know what they were doing so dropped them as fast as I could, went to another estate agent had an Open Day with 7 couples through the door and 3 offers and got what I wanted.
