The service from initial enquiry to completion of sale was as stress-free as possible and we were fully informed at every stage. They liased with the buyer and all solicitors to ensure everything happened within the required time frame. Very happy with the service and all the advice provided.

Extremely professional, understanding and kept me informed at all points. The process was simpler and smoother than I could ever have expected. I would recommend Bagshaws to anyone looking to buy/sell.

This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

Was initially being let down after positive viewings, mainly by a lack of communication.<br><br>From the start to completion of this Chelton Brown Ltd listed property, the service overall was absolutely great. Can not fault the super friendly and professional staff, who provided a top class service.<br>After nearly a month at this property it's lovely, and as advertised and advised. So just like to say a big thank you to all the staff for you excellent service throughout this process. Especially have to mention Sophia and Grace who I mainly dealt with. They were both extremely helpful, and full of clear facts and advice, with great communication. Both really are a big credit to the business, so again thank you both, really was very much appreciated.<br>Paul M

24th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)It is not often that efficient use of tech is combined with a friendly and personable service but One Sales and Lettings achieved this excellently! I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

1st Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

They listened to my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and I really appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and will happily use their service again.

I couldn't have been happier with the amount of information he had to tell us about the home, It was very reassuring to be shown around by someone that really knew their craft. In addition he's great guy to talk to, very funny and charismatic.
