16th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole process was seamless with Belvoir, very efficient staff, friendly and a pleasure to get to know.<br>As this was my 1st time I needed my hand holding a bit, I was never made to feel like a nuisance, all my questions were asked in a timely manner and it really helped me with my stress levels.<br>Top notch service, I cant praise them enough, I feel like I have a great team to guide me through this process and to continue with.<br>Thank you.

23rd Jul 2026 (7 days ago)From start to finish I have had a really good experience setting up a rental agreement and moving in with Chelton Brown. I have found renting from company's in the past to be painfully long and communication poor. I will be sure to stick with Chelton Brown where possible whilst renting and in the future I would certainly consider buying my first home through them.

Theresa was an absolute star and nothing was to much trouble. She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.

24th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)It is not often that efficient use of tech is combined with a friendly and personable service but One Sales and Lettings achieved this excellently! I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

6th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Contacted about a viewing on a commercial property in Skegness, firstly they are near impossible to get through onto a phone constant awnser phone, so then email them, said I’d want to view on a Friday as that’s the only days I’m available, they replied saying they can do a Thursday…. I replied again saying I can only do Fridays and a week has past now with no response, I’ll be avoiding brown-co from now on. Waste of time very poor service.

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases. Within 1 month the house was sold.<br><br>We would recommend Nest Egg to anyone who are thinking of selling their home
