14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.

Highly recommend especially from a first time buyers perspective, actively chased solicitors at both ends for updates throughout the process and kept me updated, Kate was particularly helpful in this regard with communication. Very happy to have have purchased with them and will definitely look to sell with them in the far future.

17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently purchased a property through Willsons which turned out to be quite a lengthy affair<br>None of the delays were due to Willsons and I can highly recommend Alice Paskin from Willsons sales who remained professional and informative throughout the entire process from making my initial offer to picking up the keys on completion She was constantly chasing in order to achieve the desired result and was always available for updates

21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

When the previous buyers pulled out at the last minute, they responded quickly and worked tirelessly to secure another suitable buyer. Their proactive approach, determination and excellent communication kept the sale moving forward during a very stressful situation. I am extremely grateful for their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!

They listened to my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and I really appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and will happily use their service again.

23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had a brilliant experience with selling my parents house with Spencers in Wigston. My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
