16th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Spencer Birch carried out our homebuyers survey. Martin and Gill have both been so friendly and professional through the whole process. They were very quick to respond and got the survey booked in straight away. Within a week of our initial enquiry it was done and the report emailed through with a hard copy in the post. Martin took the time to talk us through the survey, giving us the chance to ask questions and understand next steps. He is clearly highly skilled and also cares about what he does. We would definitely book them again in the future and recommend to others.

12th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

17th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very Poor Service – Extremely Unprofessional<br><br>I had booked a viewing and arrived on time, only to be told by Ellis that she didn’t have the keys to the property. After some discussion, she said she would send me a video of the property instead.<br><br>Since then, I have sent multiple texts and emails but have received no response. This is highly unprofessional. Like If you are doing a client a “favour,” the least you can do is communicate properly and respect their time.<br><br>I would strongly advise landlords and business owners to reconsider using their services. There is clearly a lack of professionalism and basic customer care. It’s no surprise that their signboards remain on properties for years if this is the level of service they provide.
31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

We were kept informed throughout our time with them and felt confident that they did all they could for us. Unfortunately, I believe we hit the market at just the wrong time. We will definitely go back to them if we decide to sell again.
