3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Average service had to chase up due to lack of communication. They did my first house viewing and the information given to the viewer was incorrect so need to learn about the house more before viewing so I did my viewing.
20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

We always felt well informed and supported from our first viewing through to receiving the keys.<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Jessica and the team at King West to anyone buying or selling a property.

10th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team. Thanks guys.

20th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I wanted to view a property and was asked to fill out a detailed form with references just to view a property. This goes against the Data Protection Act 2018. I don't mind if it's just about me, but when I have to give details about others just to look and I might not even like the property, I'm sorry but I disagree with this practice. No other agency does this. When I phoned just to double check this today 20/10/2026, the woman that I spoke to put the phone down on me. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
