Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

3rd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Average service had to chase up due to lack of communication. They did my first house viewing and the information given to the viewer was incorrect so need to learn about the house more before viewing so I did my viewing.

13th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)We had our house with them for 15 weeks approx and only had 1 viewing in all that time I had to call for any updates and communication was only after I called or emailed
12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Having met Claire Brown I felt confident in signing with William H Brown. What a mistake! I decided to try the modern auction method as I had no above chain. I filled in all necessary paperwork with the solicitor & auction house. 2 negotiators were sent round and promised me (Ryan particularly) that absolutely they could sell my house, it was beautiful and it would be a pleasure to sell it etc etc. Within a week I went into the office as had heard nothing and asked was there anything I could do . I was told no there wasn’t. Having been informed by Ryan that January was busy initially he then retracted stating with another member of the team that this January was the worst on record. I received 1 phone call from Ryan telling me had an interested party, hmmm don't think that was true. Said interested party obviously never materialised. In 12 plus weeks I have not heard from any staff ! The auctioneer has been in touch on and off. Thank goodness my time is now up and my contract terminated. I would advise anyone thinking of signing to not waste your time as first impressions are not always the best. I absolutely would not recommend this company. They are beyond unprofessional in every way. Please people, there are clearly far better agents in Rushden & Higham Ferrers.

4th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Went to view a property and met a gentleman called David absolutely lovley guy love the the property explained my situation as I was looking for rented accommodation due to marital divorce etc no other estate agents understud the fact that ive been homeless and had savings and wouldn't except me but David listened and went back to the office and explained to the lady who dealing with that property and can confirm after been homeless since the 18 may it feels good thankyou all for your help there David<br>And not forgetting<br>Becky

7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to sincerely thank Sam and Sarah for the outstanding service they provided throughout the purchase of my new home.<br><br>From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly helpful, especially with communicating between me and the seller. He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Throughout the group chat and the entire buying process, she kept everyone updated with any news from both my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>The teamwork, professionalism, and excellent cooperation between everyone involved made the whole process smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate all the hard work, dedication, and support that Sam and Sarah gave me from start to finish.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
