We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. They were professional, proactive, and kept me well informed throughout with great communication at every stage.
They went above and beyond in chasing slow and difficult third parties, helping to keep the sale progressing when delays could easily have held things up. Their support, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a stressful process much easier to manage.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TG Res and am very grateful for all of Warren and Megan's hard work.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase.
I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.
