As I was living overseas, his communication and willingness to help with practical matters at the property were particularly valuable.<br><br>Even after completion, Ben went the extra mile to help me obtain the final utility meter readings from the buyer, which I greatly appreciated.<br><br>Thank you, Ben, for your patience, professionalism and support from start to finish. 2nd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)I am living overseas so I needed an agency that I could trust without me having to travel back to the UK to sell my property.<br><br>I have bought and sold property a few times over my life, but this time I was looking for an estate agent that was not the run-of-the-mill type. An agency that would remain consistent right through the process and not lose interest part way through, and sell my apartment with the necessary effort and personal attention.<br><br>So after reviewing Boardwalk on Trust Pilot and Google, Boardwalk stood out as being different in their approach to marketing.<br><br>Initially I contacted Tom and he assigned Mike to my task. Mike was excellent at suggesting the best ways to present my apartment including aspects of the photography. All was excellent and I had a descent number of viewings.<br><br>After I landed an offer I was passed over to Chris, my progressor who was equally as helpful and very patient in what we would both describe as "a difficult market at the moment". Added to this difficult market we had other challenges!!<br><br>My Estate Managing Company were extremely slow at times to produce the required materials needed to progress the sale. Sometimes it took 2 weeks to get answers out of them with no communication at all.<br><br>Equally difficult were the buyers solicitor who seemed extraordinarily lethargic at progressing the purchase and intent on asking 45+ questions including 4 questions that could have been asked weeks earlier instead of the day before the buyer wanted to exchange!<br><br>To conclude, if you are looking for an estate agent that will keep you informed, communicate useful information and support you this this difficult process, then look no further than Tom, Mike and Chris at Boardwalk. It would not have happened without your help and support guys! Thank you!

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

They communicate well and regularly, keeping us up to date when things are happening. I'm very happy to recommend them
28th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
