4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

He made everything so easy, and nothing was and still is not to much trouble. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL – ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY Buying our first ever property is something we will remember for the rest of our lives, and thanks to Fox & Sons, that memory will be nothing but positive. From the very beginning right through to completion, Abigail, Kane, and Luckman were nothing short of outstanding. I genuinely cannot overstate how incredible they all were — this was a 10/10 experience in every sense of the word. As first?time buyers, we naturally went into the process feeling excited but also nervous, unsure of what to expect and worried about making mistakes. Every single one of those worries disappeared almost instantly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and genuine care shown by the team. From day one, they took the time to explain everything clearly, breaking things down in plain English, answering every question (no matter how small), and making us feel completely supported rather than overwhelmed. 27th May 2024 (2 years ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!

21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
12th May 2025 (1 year ago)When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We had a great experience using Homes Partnership. Our initial contact was with Paul Callaway when selling my mums home following her admittance to a carehome. He was so personable and professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. We had contacted him two years previously when considering selling and went back to him as we were so impressed. Paul had to facetime my mum at the carehome and he was so caring and considerate in making sure she was happy with everything regarding the sale. The house sold really quickly which is down to the advice and marketing organised by Paul. We then had Sarah Evans as our contact for the after sale process. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was always available to chat on the phone or answer any queries. Communication is key when dealing with Estate Agents and Homes Partnership are excellent in doing this. It made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Paul and Sarah for all your help which is very much appreciated. Carole and Family.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)We rented through them for 6+ years so know them well. Apart from Sue who worked in there Crawley office I would not trust them to rent out my dog house. Absolutely a nightmare.

7th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

12th May 2025 (1 year ago)Very rude staff spoke to David he is the so called director About renting my apartment he asked how they can arrange viewings i replied by saying that I will be able to provide access however David wanted to be given a key instead he then told me that’s bit strange will you be hiding in corner of the rooms whilst we are showing the applicant around I have never heard such a response like this absolutely shocking how they are still in business- This agent doesn't have any reviews
