They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

The team have been transparent from the start and accommodating to my needs with bi weekly calls on updates from every angle. They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

27th May 2024 (2 years ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!

12th May 2025 (1 year ago)When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

7th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.
