The team have been transparent from the start and accommodating to my needs with bi weekly calls on updates from every angle. 8th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

7th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

From the outset he was realistic in terms of the valuation and found a number of quality buyers.<br><br>Tegan the Move Manager at Leaders was instrumental in keeping all parties involved and updated. So much so, Tegan linked key stage information between the various parties, with a good flow of updates, to avoid lengthy delays and worked extremely hard to ensure the sales process to exchange was successfully reached. We had unecessary complications with mortgage lenders/surveyors , yet Tegan and David worked closely with great team work to overcome and reach a successful conclusion.<br>I can certainly recommend Leaders team to anyone.
