18th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

2nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

From meeting,advertising and to a successful sale and all within 3 week window they were 1st Class. Thoroughly recommend this company.

5th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

28th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.
19th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)It was a pleasure working with Gavin and Lisa when selling our house. From start to finish Gavin was friendly, approachable and very professional. There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
