From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.<br><br>In particular, I can’t thank Alison enough. She has been absolutely fantastic — always on the ball, keeping me updated throughout and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I always felt like everything was being taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind.<br><br>The photographs of my flat were also absolutely stunning. They were beautifully presented and really showcased the property at its best on the website, which I was so impressed with.<br><br>I’d also like to mention Chris, the mortgage adviser at Slater Hogg. He was so attentive, calm and patient throughout the whole mortgage application. He was always quick to get back to me whenever I had a question or query and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Overall, I’m genuinely delighted with the service I’ve received from Slater Hogg. They have looked after everything including the marketing and letting to tenants, dealing with care and maintenance and with ensuring compliance with all necessary safety standards and certification, all being done with thorough efficiency. And with care for our tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Cairn to owners and to prospective tenants. Thank you Cairn; here's to many more years.

We needed to get our house on the market very quickly after finding a property we loved, and the whole team couldn't have been more helpful or efficient.<br>Everything moved incredibly fast, from Alan doing our valuation, arranging the Home Report and photographs to getting the property live and viewings booked almost immediately. Communication throughout was excellent and Ray always kept me up to date and well advised.<br>We had a huge amount of interest within the first few days, received multiple offers and ultimately went to a closing date with six offers on the table, achieving a fantastic result well above our Home Report value. It was mainly this position that helped us secure our onward purchase.<br>What particularly stood out was how approachable and supportive everyone was throughout what could have been a very stressful process. They were always happy to answer questions, give advice and help us work through the different offers and buyers so we could choose the right one for our circumstances rather than simply focusing on the highest figure.<br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Igloo. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this estate agency.<br><br>I placed an offer on a property through my solicitor, but I received no acknowledgement from the estate agency that my offer had been received.<br><br>Following my review on Facebook, the estate agent contacted me to explain what had happened and acknowledged that there had been some failings. I appreciated them taking the time to discuss the matter and agreed that my original review had been somewhat harsh. I said I would amend the review accordingly.<br><br>Unfortunately, I have since been blocked from the Facebook page, meaning I am unable to edit the original review.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would still have some reservations about using this estate agent, particularly regarding communication. However, I do appreciate that they took the time to contact me and address my concerns.<br><br>Update - Also disappointed with slightly condescending ChatGPT reply to this review.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
