14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We have recently sold a property with Bairstow Eves Eastate Agents Clifton Nottingham and would like to thank Emma, Stephen and Ian for the wonderful service they provided. They helped with completing the paperwork for the solicitors and updating us. We used the solicitors that were advised by Emma which helped keep the procees better. Would use Bairstow agian if selling. Thank you for your great service.

Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

3rd May 2022 (4 years ago)After 38 years in our house we were not aware how hands on estate agents were. Pygott & Crone we’re very professional but friendly and helpful from the start. The man assigned to us was always there to answer questions or visit if needed.
27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I am currently selling my house with Smiths, and have been extremely grateful of their meticulousness and strong communication. I have been particularly impressed with their vetting of potential buyers - people have been requesting to view the house, but are nowhere near in a position to purchase, meaning I don’t have to prepare the house or get my hopes up for a buyer that would never come to fruition. Instead, we have received viewings from properly vetted prospective purchasers, one of whom will hopefully make an offer soon!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
