Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. I highly recommend this agency and cannot thank Jon and Sophie enough for their outstanding dedication!

The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.

20th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I was house hunting since july??????..am sure am not the only one has been through such disappointing and frustrating experiences. But then I saw a listing on this site, and the same day I called I was offered a viewing..little did I know I was finally done house hunting..I met with Nicole for the house viewing very lovely lady..she then put me over to Lois foster who make sure everything went smoothly for me. Its my first time doing this she sat with me and go through the process answered all my questions and update me with every steps. All I did was read and sign..it was no hassle no stress and no worries. And to top it off...my welcome home box with the goodies when I went to collect my keys..chef ?????? ??????..top teir encounter..thanks Lois am now settling well and enjoying home my space.

16th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from
But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.
So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.

Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light.
Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised.

Unfortunately he moved branches .
Un experienced agents doing the viewings .
Boards going up , boards going down !
Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .
Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .
Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .
Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
